At Mackfit, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns & Exchanges (India)

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Incorrect, damaged, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, defect, or missing item claims.

Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup is provided free of cost (one pickup per order).

  • Pickup is subject to service availability in your pin code.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to ship the item via a reliable courier.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection.

  • Refund timeline: up to 10 business days after approval.

  • COD orders: ₹49 COD charges deducted

  • Prepaid orders: 3% processing fee deducted

Exchanges

  • To exchange, return the item first and place a new order after approval.

International Orders

  • No returns accepted.

  • In case of serious defects, the product price will be refunded after deducting shipping charges.

EU Customers

  • Orders shipped to the EU are eligible for a 14-day return in unused, original condition.
